Rules & Regulations

You must complete the Roster/Waiver Form and submit it to Motown Showdown Staff before your first game.

Registration Options

Option 1: Register & Pay Online

After registering online, you still must either sign and mail in the Roster/Waiver Form or submit it to Motown Showdown Staff before your first game.

Option 2: Register & Pay In Person

Fill out the Registration Form AND Roster/Waiver Form along with payment (checks can be made payable to Nate Smith Basketball School, LLC) and drop off at the Nate Smith Basketball School (819 Greenbag Rd, Morgantown, WV 26508 - Below Chippy's Transmission Service) between 3:00pm - 8:00pm Mondays-Thursdays and 11:00am - 3:00pm Sundays. Registrations can be dropped in the drop box on the door after hours.

Option 3: Print & Mail In Registration

Mail Registration Form AND Roster/Waiver Form with payment (checks can be made payable to Nate Smith Basketball School, LLC) to the Nate Smith Basketball School (201 S High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501).
